There is a story here, but to summarize, my 7 year old daughter is wise beyond her years. She spouts little gems like this quite frequently.
So I'm going to call this size a springy Small. it's about 2.25" in diameter---Good for school age girls up to small framed women. Because it has a naturally springy nature it will easily fit up to a medium (2.5"). Very comfortable for all sizes.
